AI Visibility Review ($750)
The Review is custom work prepared for your company. Our refund terms depend on whether work has started. Work starts when we send you an email confirming that your Review has started (the "Start Email"), as described in our Terms.
- Before the Start Email: cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Email ethan@skymedialegacy.com from the address you used at checkout.
- After the Start Email: the fee is non-refundable, because custom work has begun.
- If we miss the delivery window: if we do not deliver your Review within 7 business days after the Start Email, and the delay was not caused by you, you may request a full refund before delivery. If we cannot deliver at all for any reason within our control, we will refund you in full.
- No intake after 14 days: if you do not send your intake details within 14 days of purchase, we may start your Review using your website and competitors we reasonably identify. If you would rather cancel, tell us before then for a full refund.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges: refunded in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
Implementation and other services
Refunds for implementation ("the Fix"), creator distribution, AI builds and any other separately scoped work are governed by the written proposal or agreement for that work.
